Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and SwiftClean Software LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with offices at 220 Montgomery Street, Suite 1400, San Francisco, CA 94104, United States ("SwiftClean", "we", "us"). By using swiftclean.app you accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or the household or organization you represent.

1. The service

SwiftClean offers an in-browser PC check and cleaner. The free check measures your computer's condition in the browser. Paid Pro and Family plans add automated sweeps and extra cleaning passes. The service never requires a download and never installs software on your computer.

2. Accounts and billing

Paid plans bill monthly or yearly in US dollars through our payment processor. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals and keeps your plan active until the end of the paid period. Prices exclude applicable sales tax.

3. Your files, your say

The sweep only removes items you approve on screen. We do not read the content of your personal files beyond the metadata needed for the check, and we do not upload your files anywhere.

4. Refund policy

If a paid plan does not work for you, email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the current cycle in full, no questions asked.

5. Fair use

Do not attempt to break, probe or overload the service, resell it without written permission, or use it to interfere with other people's computers. Automated access to the check requires our written consent.

6. No warranty of hardware health

The check reports measurements, not a guarantee. SwiftClean is not liable for hardware failures, data loss, or decisions made on the basis of check results. Keep backups; no cleaner replaces them.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, including California Civil Code section 1668, our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months or one hundred US dollars.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, with notice where practical.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts of San Francisco County.
