Privacy Policy

SwiftClean Software LLC ("SwiftClean", "we", "us") builds a cleaner that runs in your browser, so privacy is the product, not a feature. This policy explains what we collect on swiftclean.app and what we never touch.

1. What we collect

• Check results — measurements shown on screen (boot weight, cache size, drive response). Processed in your browser by default and not uploaded.
• Account data — email and payment details if you buy Pro, held by our payment processor.
• Technical data — browser version, and aggregate request logs for security and uptime.

2. What we never touch

We do not read document contents, do not upload your files, do not sell data, and do not track you across other websites. The cleaner never sends file names anywhere by default.

3. Legal bases and your rights

Under the GDPR and the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, we process data under contracts, legitimate interests in security, and legal obligations. You may access, export or delete your data, and opt out of marketing email at any time. California residents are never discriminated against for exercising their rights.

4. Retention

Check results stay in your browser until you clear them. Account data is kept while your subscription is active and deleted 60 days after closure. Operational logs expire after 30 days.

5. Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and Family plan dashboards are operated by the subscribing adult.
